Method
- Gather and prep everything first: soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh ginger and set within reach of the stove.

- Turn the heat up, add the kung pao, and cook until deeply browned and aromatic.
- Fold in the soy sauce and season generously; give everything a minute to come together.
- Pour in the coconut milk, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook until thickened and glossy.
- Off the heat, brighten it up with a drizzle of olive oil and a final crack of pepper.
- Plate it up while hot and pass extra at the table.
